Return Policy

At our company, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Therefore, we only accept returns in situations beyond the customer's, product's, or our company's control, such as:

• Package lost by the courier,

• Significant delivery delays (over 30 business days from dispatch date),

• Other confirmed issues caused by the shipping provider.

Return Conditions:

1. To request a refund, please contact us at inforiseupstore.eu@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Your message should include:

   • Order number,

   • Full name of the customer,

   • Description of the issue,

   • Proof of non-delivery (e.g. tracking screenshot showing no updates).

3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after placing the order,

• Incorrect size or color selection,

• Damage caused by improper use or handling.
